Training camp was just an amazing experience in general.
I have never wanted to seek more out of God than I have in this past week. It is so wonderful to be surrounded by a group of loving people who are all here for the same reason; to love and serve God.
A huge focus at training camp was hearing the voice of God, and having the Holy Spirit speaking in and through you. I had never really focused much on the Holy Spirit before this, I mostly only thought about God and Jesus. I was already taken out of my comfort zone, but it was good. I am so excited to hear the Holy Spirit and share the message I receive. And although it is not always easy to decipher between my own thoughts and God’s words, I know I have a team of people with me who will love and encourage me every day.
My teammates have already become like a family to me. As we are beginning to learn each other’s testimonies our bond as a team is growing even deeper. We have only known each other for about a week, but it is clearly obvious that God has put a special team together.
Guatemala is also amazing, I’ve been here for about 3 days so far and I already fell in love!
I can’t wait to share with all of you about how God will be using me throughout the next 4 months!
